Notes: Cab Franc is more subtle than many cold climate wines. This is a feminine wine - understatedly fragrant and flirtatious. Notes of vanilla, pepper, raspberry and cherry lends itself to pair well with a wide variety of foods - grilled steak or pork chops or something more understated like whitefish or quiche. With moderate acidity and finessed tanins this wine will age well for the next 5-6 years.
